We’re now looking for a passionate Growth Manager to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. This is an on-site role, requiring you to work 5 days a week from our office in Levent.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid UA campaigns across key channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, etc.)
  • Monitor performance KPIs (ROAS, CPI, LTV, retention, ARPU) and iterate quickly based on real-time data
  • Develop and maintain predictive models for forecasting spend, revenue, and user LTV
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify performance drivers and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with product and live ops teams to align UA strategy with game updates and content calendars
  • Manage partner relationships with ad networks and MMPs
  • Stay ahead of UA trends, platform changes, and new growth channels

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance/growth marketing, ideally in the mobile gaming
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale UA budgets and achieving performance targets
  • Experience in data analysis, forecasting, and campaign optimization
  • Experience in testing, finding and scaling high-performing ad creatives.
  • Deep understanding of key UA and monetization metrics (ROAS, LTV, CPI, retention curves)
  • Ability to build and interpret forecasting models and cohort analyses
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across product, analytics, and creative teams

  • Technical Interview: You’ll have an in-depth discussion about the case study and meet with the lead of the relevant department at our Istanbul office.
  • Final Meeting: You’ll have a face-to-face meeting with our founders to discuss the final details at our Istanbul office.
